10 Minute Bikini Belly Workout

Equipment: Gymboss Interval Timer –> Get yours here!
Workout: Complete each exercise for 30 seconds for a total of 4 rounds. Your goal is to keep moving right from one exercise to the next limiting any breaks. Use your gymboss interval timer to keep track of time. This workout is great on it’s own or to add to the end of any workout for an added ab challenge.
Exercises:
  • Alternating Jackknife Crunch
  • Hip Raise to Leg Drop
  • Plank with Alternating Leg Lift
  • Frog Crunch
  • Bicycle Crunch
