Apple Pie Oatmeal Recipe
Oatmeal makes for a great breakfast, but its easy to get in a rut with the same old oatmeal recipe. This apple pie oatmeal is a tasty change up and is much healthier than those quick packets which often contain added sugars and chemicals. If you’re going gluten free opt for oats labeled gluten free on the label.
- 1 serving of oats and water according to package
- 1/2 small apple, chopped
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon and allspice)
- Honey or stevia to taste
Recipes: Cook oatmeal according to directions on the package except add apples, spices, and honey or stevia at the same time as the oatmeal.
