Making a transformation to your body and life is not an easy task. I'm so excited to be a part of the 2010 Fox Fitness and Health Shoppe Knoxville Body Transformation Challenge because it's always so exciting to see the changes made over the course of the 12 week challenge. It’s always great to meet someone that has been successful in transforming their body and life.
