10 Ways to Burn Extra Calories Without Even Breaking a Sweat!

Want to know a secret? Well, you can actually burn extra calories every day without even breaking a sweat. It’s true, however, you won’t have the same calorie burn as getting in a good workout or eating a super clean diet, but when it comes to weight loss every little bit counts even the small things.

There are lots of little changes you can make to your daily routine to help drop pounds quicker and get a slim body. Really! Here are 10 of those ways:

2. Eat breakfast. Getting up and eating a good meal gets your metabolism going so that your body starts burning fat, rather than storing it because you are starving and haven’t eaten in so long. But be sure to start with a healthy breakfast. One of my favorites is oatmeal with berries and scrambled eggs. [Read more...]

Well if this sounds like you then chances are these events can turn into a big disaster for your waistline and weight loss goals.

The truth is that eating with others, especially larger groups, will influence what you eat and how much you eat. [Read more...]
