Becky Fox Bares it All: Countdown to an NPC Bikini Competition

Alright, so I have an important announcement to make. I’m going to be shaping up my body and losing lots of bodyfat. Ok so I’ll keep the suspense to a minimum…I will competing two upcoming NPC Bikini Competitions, and I’m going to be sharing my progress with you over the next 12 weeks!

Now I’ve done this before. It’s been about two years back when I attempted my first figure competition. That’s the picture you see here on the left. I got third place!!

So this is not an easy challenge and I definitely have some work to do! And I will bare it all…ok, not literally, but let me say I’m going to reveal to you the real me and the challenges I face along the way.

I actually didn’t even want to put my before photos here…but I like I said it’s important to be real and bare it all so you can see where I’m starting and ultimately where I end up going. So why didn’t I want to post pictures you ask?! Well…Some major stress over the few months has lead to some weight gain I’m not proud of but the good news is I’m GOING to shed those pounds (plus more) so I can look the best I ever have. We all face challenges and they key is to get back on track ASAP!! I’m hoping by sharing my progress with you it will only help to MOTIVATE YOU to reach your fitness goals too.

Knoxville Transformation Challenge Winner Kristin Coleman Loses 17.6 Pounds!

Two weeks ago I posted the male winner of the Knoxville Transformation Challenge, a challenge launched in January, by Fox Fitness and the Health Shoppe. Knoxville Transformation Challenge Winner Walt Conway Loses 19 Pounds!

In January, Fox Fitness along with the Health Shoppe launched a transformation challenge. Entrants had 12 weeks to shed the pounds and transform their bodies. Over the next 4 weeks I will showcase each of the top 4 finalists and give you their stories on how they dropped the weight and transformed their bodies to be more toned at fit.

First meet our overall male winner: Walt Conway

Doesn’t he look great!?

Walt originally entered the challenge because,”It was a good incentive and motivation to try to lose weight and get in shape . I also knew I could get support and encouragement from Eddie, Becky and everyone involved in the challenge. I wanted to lose weight in order to be competitive in local triathlons and running events. I also wanted to improve my overall health.”

Walt started at 194 pounds and over the course of the 12 weeks not only lost 19 pounds to come out at 175 pounds, but also lost 3 inches on the waist and 2 on his chest. Amazing results and dedication!

100 Pound Challenge #1

Back in February, our 100 pound challengers had their first Biggest Loser style challenge. Boy was it a lot of fun!! Some of the activities included:

  • A nutrition quiz…can you believe the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie contains 1600 calories? Whoa! I wondered why it tasted so good…
  • A race to gather the most calories…yes contestants ran to grab food cartons. The goal was to have the most calories in the end.
  • A relay to finish certain exercises the fastest.
