Many email and internet companies use programs that block unwanted emails. We know that everyone gets a ton of unsolicited and unwanted emails every day, BUT we’re not spam! Sometimes these programs block even the emails that you do want to get (like ours!).

Are you having trouble receiving emails? Well, then there is something that you can do to make sure you are receiving all of our latest content.

Add Becky@Foxfitness.com to your email whitelist!

What’s a whitelist?

A whitelist is a list of people or products viewed with approval. In this case, it’s a list of the email addresses or domain names that can be delivered to you without getting blocked or sent to spam.

Follow the steps below to add Fox Fitness to your whitelist.

Gmail

Step 1: In your inbox, locate an email from Fox Fitness

Step 2: Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox

Step 3: Now, you’ll see that our emails will go straight to your primary folder

Yahoo!

Step 1: In your inbox, locate an email from Fox Fitness

Step 2: A “+” symbol should be displayed next to “from”, click it

Step 3: “Add to contacts” and a pop-up should appear

Step 4: Select “Save”

Step 1: Select “mail” and then “preferences” from the top menu

Step 2: In the “preferences” window, click the “rules” icon

Step 3: Click the “Add Rule” button. In the “Rules” window, type a name for your rule in the “Description” field

Step 4: Use the following settings: “If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains”. Type Becky@foxfitness.com in the text field beside “Contains”

Step 5: Select “Move Message” and “Inbox” from the drop-down menu. Click “ok” to save the rule

Outlook 2003 & Later

Step 1: Right-Click on the message in your inbox

Step 2: “Junk E-mail” from the menu

Step 3: Click “Add Sender to Safe Senders List”
