If you’re like me and tend to drool at the thought of chocolate then you’ll love this healthy chocolate truffle recipe. You don’t have to worry about unhealthy additives or overdosing on sugar. It also contains lots of healthy fats, so it’s a rather filling treat and only takes a few truffles to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Healthy Chocolate Truffle Recipe

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (I love Kelapo Coconut Oil)
  • 2 tbsp coconut butter/manna
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp cacoa powder

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix thoroughly. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes or until the mixture starts to harden. Roll into small truffle size balls. Refrigerate until solid.

For Extra Flavor:

After creating the balls, roll in cocoa powder or chopped nuts for extra flavor, then place in the refrigerator.
