Healthy Thanksgiving Sides to Avoid Unwanted Pounds

And that oh so yummy Mac and Cheese. Yes, there are better routes than that extra creamy, cheese loaded baked macaroni.

And last but not least potatoes including sweet potatoes and Idaho potatoes. One of my favorites is a baked sweet potato with cinnamon!
