How To Keep A Food Journal For Weight Loss

I’m excited because this week starts our Knoxville Get Foxy Boot Camp Summer Shape Up Challenge! Each week we’ll be focusing on a different diet challenge so that we can shape and tone our bodies! And even if you’re not one of our awesome boot campers you can follow along at home with the weekly diet challenges. This week keeping a food journal! Learn more about it here:

So start keeping a food journal whether that be a simple notebook, fancy food log, or online based program. Be sure to write down EVERYTHING you eat, and do it throughout the day so you don’t forget. Also, add up how many calories you are eating daily. More on that coming soon!
