Quick Tuna Wrap Recipe
This recipe is great because it only takes minutes to prepare and doesn’t require any cooking.
1 can of tuna, drained
1/4 cup of lowfat cottage cheese
1 tbsp italian dressing
1/4 cup of chopped green, red, yellow, or orange peppers
1 chopped celery stalk
A sprinkle of Pepper, Dried Garlic, & Dried Basil
Whole Grain Tortilla Wrap
Mix the first 6 ingredients together in a bowl. Scoop onto a tortilla shell and enjoy! How easy is that!
