As we approached 50, my husband and I had been working out on our own for 3 years with a focus on cardio. While we both had initial success (lower weight, blood pressure and cholesterol) we hit a plateau and had become frustrated. During my husband’s annual physical, his doctor suggested a personal trainer. Neither of us are into the “gym scene”, so we started looking for a trainer that would be willing to work with us in our home.
In August 08, we found Becky through her website. She came to our house, explained her program, and held a short session with us to see “what it’s all about” The chemistry was good right from the start.
We started with a Saturday morning workout, and I quickly added a second personal session during the week. After six months we have both had a transformation. In addition to weight loss, we now have better strength, energy, and most importantly, flexibility .
