Total Bodyweight Ladder Workout
This cardio and strength total bodyweight ladder workout won't have you doing a wide variety of exercises, but it will have you doing a lot of reps to tone and shape your entire body!
Workout: Complete 50 reps of each exercise below. Then repeat the circuit completing 40 then 30 then 20 and finally 10 reps of each exercise. Be sure to finish all reps before moving onto the next exercise and take breaks only as needed so that you keep your heart rate up and burn lots of calories (and fat!).
