Watermelon Strawberry Summer Drink Recipe
When eating healthy, it's important to cut out beverages full of sugars and artificial ingredients.That can make your drink options very limited and water can get a tad boring. So be sure to follow along over the next few weeks because I'm going to share with you some of my favorite summer drink recipes. These recipes are low in calories, low in sugar, and do not contain any artificial ingredients or preservatives so you can drink them with a piece of mind!
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (approximately 4 lemons)
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed and seeded (approximately 1/4 of a small watermelon)
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- Stevia to taste
Recipe: Combine all ingredients into blender and mix until smooth.
