Arm Workout for Women Part 1

Do you want to show off sexy, toned arms this summer? Then be sure to start implementing strength training exercises for your upper body. These exercises will shape and tone those arms so you can feel more confident in your tank top and bikini!

Equipment: Dumbbells

Workout: Complete 12-15 reps of each exercise. Circuit through the workout 3-4 times.

Exercises:

  • Bicep In Out Curl
  • Tricep Kickback
  • Shoulder Overhead Press
