One of my favorite not so healthy foods is a big fluffy Cinnamon Roll. I couldn’t tell you the last time I actually ate one. Being gluten free and trying to limit my sugar intake, cinnamon rolls just don’t make it on my weekly meal plan. So that’s when I came up with this recipe. It’s the next best thing and is more like a treat than a protein shake!
- 2 cups almond milk
- 2 servings vanilla protein powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients into the blender and mix thoroughly!
