Choose a 5-10 pound pumpkin for this workout. Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises for the suggested reps or times below.
- Squat Press – 15 reps
- Plank – 30 seconds
- Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
- Vsit + Press – 15 reps
- Lunge + Twist – 15 reps on each leg
- Quick Taps – 30 seconds
