Equipment: Band & Kettlebell or Dumbbell

Workout: Complete 15 reps of each exercise circuiting through as many times as you can in 15 minutes.

– Kettlebell/Dumbbell Swing
– Band Cross Row
– Band Curl
– Squat Jump
– Pullover Crunch or Curl-Up
