- 1 avocado
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Simple Girl Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more oil and salad dressing as needed for desired consistency.
