Recently, I mentioned how important it is to get healthy fats in your diet. This salad is filled with all kinds of healthy fats from salmon, avocados, and almonds and not to mention it’s super tasty. I love to top it with a little bit of Strawberry Salad Dressing to make an all around healthy lunch.
- 2 cups spinach leaves
- 4-6 oz salmon fillet, cooked
- 1/2 sliced avocado
- 2 tbsp red onions
- 4 medium strawberries, sliced
- 1 tbsp slivered almonds
