I love sweet vinaigrette dressing on top of my salad, but unfortunately salad dressings you buy at the stores often have too much sugar and other unhealthy ingredients such as artificial sweeteners, soybean oil, gluten, or other additives. It’s actually tough to find one that is all natural without these ingredients.
So instead I prefer to make my own, which is just as tasty but is loaded with healthy ingredients and really only takes a few minutes to make!
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Pinch of pepper and stevia
