Super Toned Arms Workout

Are you tired of your flabby arms flapping in the wind? Well then be sure to follow this super toned arms workout. It will tone your biceps, triceps, and shoulders giving you all around shapely arms. Equipment: A set of dumbbells. The Workout: Complete 12 reps of each exercise for a total of 3 rounds. Be sure to pick a weight heavy enough that getting to that 12th rep is a bit of a challenge. The Exercises:

  • In and Out Curl
  • Tricep Kickback
  • Overhead  Press
  • Hammer Curl
  • Tricep Overhead Extension
  • Front & Side Shoulder Raise

    I'm so glad I found this fab workout, thanks so much for making it so easy to follow. 
    I currently do this workout everyday using 5lb dumbbells & just wondered how long you think it may take me to start seeing some results.

      Your welcome Fiona! I would suggest NOT doing this workout everyday. It’s important you give your muscles a rest to repair and recover so you can notice changes. Instead I would suggest 3 days/week on alternating days such as Mon, Wed, and Friday. Also, be sure you are picking a weight heavy enough to feel the burn at the end of each set. Combined with a protein rich and healthy diet and some cardio, you should notice some major changes in only a few weeks!

    Thanks so much for the fast response. I'll take your advice & not do this everyday & hopefully I'll still manage to stop my "flabby arms from flapping in the wind".
