The Workout: Start by doing 10 Burpees and 1 Push-Up. Then do 9 Burpees and 2 Push-Ups. Gradually work your way down to 1 Burpee and up to 1o Push-Ups. By the end of this workout you’ll have completed 55 reps of each exercise!
