600 Rep Workout Challenge
Challenge yourself with this timed 600 rep workout. There aren't a lot of exercises but there sure are a lot of reps, so it'll definitely be a challenge. This workout is designed to burn fat and tone your body so you can look foxy!
Workout: Complete the entire circuit below moving from one exercise to the next as quickly as possible. Repeat for a total of 2 rounds and 600 reps. You must complete ALL reps before moving onto the next exercise. Remember to time this workout and see how fast you can complete it. Do it again in 4 weeks to see your progress!
- Jumping Jacks – 50 reps
- Squats – 30 reps
- Push-Ups – 20 reps
- Russian Side Twists – 50 reps
- Alternating Lunges – 30 reps
- Burpees – 20 reps
- Wide Squat Hops– 50 Reps
- Alternating Plank Rows – 30 reps
- Roll up to Jump – 20 reps
