Chicken, Berry, and Spinach Salad Recipe

This tasty salad is fully of healthy ingredients and makes a great lunch! It’s easy to make and is so yummy! I use leftover chicken so essentially it requires no cooking. Enjoy!

Ingredients (most ingredients aren’t measured, simply add to taste!):

4 oz chicken breast (I like to cook ahead to save time!)

Baby Spring Mix


Mixed berries such as blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries

Dried cranberries (use lightly)

Nuts such as walnuts, almonds, or pecans

Blue cheese (use lightly)

Balsamic vinaigrette


Mix all the ingredients listed above together and enjoy! Only takes a few minutes for a healthy and yummy lunch.
