Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

Need a quick and tasty on the go meal or snack? Then this chocolate peanut butter banana protein shake is a tasty way to squeeze a meal in on the go.


  • 3/4 cup water
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1/2 medium banana
  • 1 tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 scoop natural chocolate whey protein powder (I like Optimum Nutrition’s Natural Whey Protein)
  • Pinch of stevia

Recipe: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
