Fat Burning Halloween Pumpkin Workout

Not every workout requires expensive or elaborate equipment. Sometimes you can just use items around your household or in this case a pumpkin! So for this Halloween try a fat burning workout with your pre-carved pumpkin.

The Workout:

Choose a 5-10 pound pumpkin for this workout. Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises for the suggested reps or times below.

The exercises:

  • Squat Press – 15 reps
  • Plank – 30 seconds
  • Mountain Climbers – 30 seconds
  • Vsit + Press – 15 reps
  • Lunge + Twist – 15 reps on each leg
  • Quick Taps – 30 seconds
