You’ve probably heard you need to eat 5-6 times a day to lose weight because it increases your metabolism and allows you to burn more calories.
Well this is just NOT true!
The reality is that you can get the same fat burning in just eating 3-4 times a day! There is no difference between eating 3 times a day and eating 6 times a day as far as fat loss goes!
Well this is good news to me. Have you tried eating 6 meals a day? It’s not always easy. You feel like your constantly eating or preparing food. I know eat only 3 or 4 times a day. It’s more convenient and much easier for me to work around my schedule. And you can do the same!
I recommend eating 4 meals (it’s just easier to get all your calories in that way) or 3 meals and a decent snack. You definitely CAN eat more than 4 meals a day if you like; however, you don’t have to if weight loss is your goal.
