Killer Cardio Interval Training Workout

This is a great cardio workout that can be done anywhere. You will definitely work up a sweat. All you need is to find a line that is a few feet long to use. It could be a line in the driveway or you could even be creative and make one with string. Each exercise will be performed using the line. If you are limited for space all exercises can be done in a single spot as well.

The workout:

Perform each exercise going down and back over the line once and move to the next exercise. Complete as many rounds as you can in a row or mix in with your weight training to keep that heart rate up.

The exercises:

  • Squat Jump
  • Runs Over the Line
  • Lunge Hops
  • Scissor Kicks
  • Side to Side Hops
