Hot Abs and Legs 600 Rep Workout
It’s a great time of year for some sexy legs and abs! This routine will show you 5 exercises designed to tone your abs and legs while also keeping your heart rate up for maximum calorie burn.
Complete each exercise 10 times.
The goal is to go through the routine 10 times for a total of 600 reps! Beginners do as many as you can and over time and progress to 10 rounds.
Follow this sequence as shown in the video above:
- Reverse lunge with knee up (be sure to do 10 on each side!)
- Burpee with alternating knees in
- Double crunch
- Bicycle crunch
- Pop Squats
It’ a tough workout so you may need to take a few breaks before moving onto the next round, but try to keep moving as much as possible.
