The 30’s Fat Blasting Workout

This year I turned the big 3-0! I wasn’t super excited about it, but I guess at least I still feel young so that’s they key!  You’re only as old as you feel right? Anyhow, I decided why not dedicate a workout to the 30’s!? Well this is a fat burning workout where you’ll perform 30 reps of each exercise. So be prepared to sweat!

Equipment: None

The Workout: Circuit through this workout once performing 30 reps of each exercise. You must do all 30 reps before moving onto the next exercise. And remember try to keep moving, only stop to take quick breaks as needed!

The Exercises:

  • Burpees or Squat Thrusts
  • Plank V-Jumps
  • Push-Ups
  • Jump Lunges or Alternating Reverse Lunges
  • Double Crunches
  • Tuck Jumps or Hop in Place
  • Prisoner Squat
  • Suicide Planks
  • Alternating Prisoner Lunges
  • Speed Skaters
